We reserve the right to only accept translation work when we have the capacity.
If we are unable to accept an assignment, we can provide a list of alternative translation agencies in canton Zug.
A cost estimate will be provided upon submission of a copy of the document to be translated. The translation assignment will begin only after advance payment of the agreed cost
The normal lead time for translation work is 2 weeks (minimum). An express surcharge is applied if it is possible to provide the translations sooner.
The municipal notary offices, the office of the State Chancellery and independent lawyers are able to issue notarisations for Switzerland and abroad. Additional certification is sometimes required for other countries.
An Apostille can be requested through FMZ for an additional fee or you can obtain it directly at the State Chancellery.

Wir übernehmen sowohl Aufträge im Bereich Konsekutiv-/ Behördendolmetschen, wie auch im Bereich des interkulturellen Dolmetschens. Bei der Vergabe des Auftrages ist anzugeben, welche Art Einsatz von unseren Mitarbeitenden genau gewünscht wird.

Fees for interpretation services
CHF 100.- per hour (minimum charge for external assignments)
(pro rated at CHF 25.- per additional 15 minutes)
Express surcharge required for urgent assignments (when possible).
3-5 working days: CHF 40
1-2 working days: CHF 80
Travel time and expenses are charged in addition to the fee.
A flat rate for travel applies. If several assignments are carried out consecutively at the same location by the same person, they are charged only once:
Zug, Baar, Cham, Steinhausen: CHF 30.- / Hünenberg, Risch CHF 60.- / Others CHF 90.- (Other cantons upon request)
