We offer the following languages to and from German:
Croatian, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Serbian, Spanish, Russian, Latvian, Tamil (and Macedonian to German)
We reserve the right to only accept translation work when we have the capacity.
If we are unable to accept an assignment, we can provide a list of alternative translation agencies in canton Zug.
A cost estimate will be provided upon submission of a copy of the document to be translated. The translation assignment will begin only after advance payment of the agreed cost
The normal lead time for translation work is 2 weeks (minimum). An express surcharge is applied if it is possible to provide the translations sooner.
The municipal notary offices, the office of the State Chancellery and independent lawyers are able to issue notarisations for Switzerland and abroad. Additional certification is sometimes required for other countries.
An Apostille can be obtained directly at the State Chancellery.
Hourly rate calculated at CHF 100.– per hour
(minimum charge) CHF 50.–
Customers are responsible for obtaining legalisation or an apostille themselves. The applicable fees are listed on the State Chancellery’s website.

We provide consecutive interpreting, official interpreting and intercultural interpreting services. When placing an order, please specify which type of interpreting service you require.

The standard processing time for translations is at least two weeks. An express surcharge applies to orders with a shorter turnaround time, subject to the availability of internal resources.
CHF 100.– per hour
(Minimum charge for external assignments – CHF 25.– for each additional 15 minutes, charged pro rata)
Express surcharge for urgent jobs (where possible):
3–5 working days: CHF 40.– / 1–2 working days: CHF 80.–
Travel time and expenses will be charged in addition to the fee.
A flat-rate travel fee applies. If the same interpreter carries out several assignments consecutively at the same location, the fee is charged only once.
