You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your registration.

Please note that the schedule and further information about the exam will be emailed to you 10 days before the exam date.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be sent by e-mail.

In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the exam date, the exam fee will be reimbursed minus a CHF 50 administration fee.

In the event of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the exam date, the exam fee will not be reimbursed.

Illness/accident

In the event of illness (with medical certificate)

A medical certificate must be presented within 10 days of the reported illness.

The exam fee will be reimbursed minus a CHF 50 administration fee.
