Regulations for participation in the fide-Test General Terms and Conditions FMZ (fide-Test)

Ordinary settlement permit (C-Permit)

Confirmation of the following German language skills are required: A1 written (reading and writing) and A2 oral (speaking and understanding).
The Office for Migration Zug and many other offices accept the German tests from Goethe and fide.
Please note: This recognized Goethe confirmation is part of a Goethe Certificate, but it is not a Goethe Diploma. To obtain a Goethe Diploma, please register for a complete A2 examination.

Premature settlement permit (C-permit)

Confirmation of the following German language skills are required: A1 written (reading and writing) and B1 oral (speaking and understanding).

We recommend the fide-Test for A1/B1 or Goethe (A1 full exam plus B1 oral parts).
