The Welcome Desk is the first point of contact for straightforward questions relating to matters in the Canton of Zug and Switzerland.
If your enquiry is more complex and requires additional time, you can book a 30-minute consultation with one of our consultants.
Consultations are available online or by telephone if an in-person visit is not possible.
The fee for two 30-minute consultations is CHF 20.-.
Consultations are available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Tamil, and BSK.

Once payment has been received, your request will be forwarded to a consultant, who will contact you directly to arrange the date, time, and meeting details.
We aim to respond within three working days (Monday to Thursday).
